Sudhakar Maraboyina, MD, FACC

Dr. Sudhakar Maraboyina has enjoyed three successful, long-term practices in the greater Dayton area. First, he had his own private practice for 10 years; then joined with Dr. Enayatollah Tabesh for another 10 years. In 1994, he and Dr. Tabesh joined The Dayton Heart Center.

Dr. Maraboyina, a native of India, earned his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderbad, India. He completed an internship at both Osmania General Hospital and St. John's Riverside Hospital in New York.

He served his residency in internal medicine at The Brooklyn Cumberland Medical Center in New York, and completed his fellowship in cardiology at the New Jersey School of Medicine, Martland Hospital in Newark.

Dr. Maraboyina is board certified in a number of areas, including Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, Electrocardiology, Critical Care Medicine and Geriatric Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

He also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.

Dr. Maraboyina has a special interest in peripheral vascular disease and in non-invasive evaluations of patients with cardiovascular disease.

About The Dayton Heart Center

The Dayton Heart Center was founded in 1992 by Dr. C. David Joffe, a nationally recognized name in the field of cardiology. Since then, the practice has grown from one physician in one office to fifteen physicians serving in five full-time and two part-time offices. These widespread locations allow the staff and physicians of The Dayton Heart Center to serve patients from all over southwest Ohio, north to Lima and south to Middletown. Each physician and staff member is committed to practicing the concept of early diagnosis and treatment combined with compassionate, quality patient care.
